Isodromus

Isodromus
Houston, Harris County, Texas, USA
January 15, 2017
Specimen sent to Dr. Noyes for possible ID.

Update
Dr. Noyes examined the specimen and says it appears that it may be a new species, which is not surprising given that "there are probably many more undescribed encyrtids in North America than have been discovered so far." Making this determination "is fairly easy because there are relatively few species [of Isodromus] known, although they do seem to vary quite a lot in colour which makes it a bit more difficult."
