Loxostege kearfottalis

Loxostege kearfottalis
Terlingua Ranch lodge, Brewster County, Texas, USA
July 19, 2017
Size: wing length about 11mm
E. Munroe in fascicle 13.2A says "... easily recognized by the brownish basal area, the blackish suffusion on the basal half of the disc, and the approximated, contrastingly blackish-fuscous orbicular and reniform spots." of the fore wing. He also says the range includes west TX. This might be a new species for the guide if you can get someone to confirm this ID. Found at light. There is a better match of this photo at BOLD so have a look at those.
