This pattern on the hind femora won't occur in our Pimplinae, in any case. Andrei is most likely correct as he's an ichneumonid specialist, and the structure of the mesoscutum does make a lot morse sense for Xoridinae. Pimplinae just isn't possible as an ID here.

Another suggestion
An iNaturalist user with the username ichman suggested Xorides (subfamily Xoridinae). So far, I can't tell who's right. Here's the image at iNaturalist, FYI (link).
