Eristalis transversa
Eristalis transversa .... female.
The cell before humeral cross-vein is unusually dark which could be confusing but the whole fly is darker than usual. The yellow scutellum and grey bands on the thorax and bright YELLOW markings on tergite 2 and bright YELLOW posterior bands on abdomen give this away.
