Bathtub bug

Bathtub bug
Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee, USA
August 7, 2017
Size: very small
I found four of these crawling on the tile above my bathtub near a crack in the caulk. Squished them and applied diatomaceous earth. Found another one in the tub today. I'm afraid I know what it is, but please help me identify it correctly. Please help me with the best way to get rid of them! Without any toxic chemicals please. I believe they are immature.

Frassed, genus ID given, nymph too young to get species ID...
Image will remain visible here for thirty days, and then be removed from the system. Thanks for joining Bugguide! :)

Moved from Cockroaches and Termites.

Probably a Parcoblatta nymph...
See genus page here. Impossible to ID beyond genus at this young age unfortunately. They are not pests, they tend to stay outside, and usually die within a few days of wandering indoors.
