Wood Boring Beetle - Dicerca punctulata

Wood Boring Beetle - Dicerca punctulata
White Fox, White Fox, Saskatchewan, Canada
August 7, 2017
Size: ~15 mm
Picked this out of a spider web on my garage and left it in a pail full of leaves for the night to clean itself.
I'm calling it Dicerca but not certain.

Moved from Dicerca.

Thank you Joshua
That expands the range.

Dicerca lugubris
I think this is D.lugubris. The lateral margins of the pronotum are strongly sinuate (should be close to parallel in D.punctulata). Bruce is correct in that D.tenebrosa is also possible. Males would have a tooth on the mesotibia, while the females have a tridendate emargination at he apex of the terminal sternite; neither feature can be seen in these photos, unfortunately.

Dicerca it is.
Nothing I see rules out Dicerca tenebrica.

Thank you Bruce
Dicerca, but I'm leaning toward D. lugubris.

Maybe, but...
A nice clear photo of the first three antennal segments would really help.

Image.
Sorry, I didn't focus on segments, this image is the best I have.
