leafhopper nymph - Graphocephala

leafhopper nymph - Graphocephala
Newburyport - Joppa Flats Education Center, Essex County, Massachusetts, USA
August 7, 2017
Size: about 3-4mm
In a milkweed patch by the center, I have only spotted Graphocephala picta and coccinea adults, yet I found this particular nymph, which seems most like photo #115991, plus I have also photographed another very different leafhopper nymph (photo #1411424) on the same site, which has tentatively ID'd as Coelidia olitoria, and I haven't seen any adults of that species either. Just trying to make sense of what's going on here.
