Thynnid wasp - Pterombrus rufiventris - Female

Size: ~20 mm
Slender wasp running rapidly over open ground in heavily-grazed shortgrass prairie habitat. Never flew. Special thanks to Doug Yanega for making the identification in a Facebook group from these images. The ranch straddles the Pueblo and El Paso County line, so there is a possibility this was in El Paso County, though I do not believe so.
