Moved from
Square-headed Wasps
. Note the all-silvery frons above the insertion of the antennae. Tergum 1 also appears to have some red which sometimes occurs in this species but not in related ones. Ectemnius cephalotes has a continuous yellow band on tergum 5.

To my untrained eye it looks like a Square-headed Wasp which is just a guess, I do like trying to ID these.
