Spider Carrying Young (?)

Spider Carrying Young (?)
Flint Hill, Rappahannock County, Virginia, USA
June 26, 2017
Size: ~0.75 inch
This little arachnid was moving so fast that I barely got a shot off before it disappeared into the grass. The resolution is not good, but it looks like a mother spider carrying her young. Either that or it's infested by something.

Moved
Moved from Spiders.
Maybe Schizocosa.
