Galerucella calmariensis
this one is probably also Galerucella calmariensis like your other photo. This one already looks a lot more like pusilla being much lighter than the beetle on your other photo. It has the same black scutellum and dark on the pronotum though.

This is not a Diabrotica. I think Galerucella also from the subfamily Galerucinae.
