Look-alike for Batyle ignicollis - Gnathium francilloni

Look-alike for Batyle ignicollis - Gnathium francilloni
Neenoshe Reservoir, Kiowa County, Colorado, USA
August 13, 2017
In disturbed area near tamarisk, cottonwoods, weeds, and ag fields in area that was naturally shortgrass prairie. Looks like Batyle ignicollis but the rear corners of pronotum are pointed, not rounded and the folded elytra seem a tad broader. So ???
On Agaloma/Euphorbia marginata

Gnathium francilloni
Seems the only viable ID.
In the review of North American Gnathium by Pinto (2009), G. francilloni is the only Gnathium with this color pattern. Records in his article approach se. CO (where this individual was photographed closely, and there are records from CO in BugGuide.

Pinto (2009). A taxonomic review of the genus Gnathium Kirby (Coleoptera: Meloidae).

It is possible that I missed something in perusing this article, but I think I got this right

Meloidae
