fly larva ex. Melanoplus femurrubrum nymph

I had captured some Melanoplus femurrubrum nymphs to feed to a mantid I'm rearing. One of the nymphs died in the container, and when I picked it up with forceps this larva came wriggling out! I gave it some soil, in which it promptly dug in and pupated. Thinking sarcophagidae, or perhaps tachinidae. Hopefully the adult will emerge soon!
