Unfortunately, the glare on the wings ...
... makes it impossible to see the venation, which typically is the easiest way to ID parasitoid wasps such as this one. But what I can see of the scutellum suggests this may be the subfamily Eucoilinae (family Figitidae), which are parasitoids of flies.

and I agree with it being in eucoilinae
