Lascoria orneodalis
Applying the criteria discussed here, this moth would be a female Lascoria orneodalis and not a Lascoria alucitalis.

Not Bleptina sangamonia
I had posted this one as Bleptina sangamonia but the ID was challenged by Curtis Lehman. I consulted Jason Roberts who suggested that this most likely is a female Lascoria alucitalis but 8396 L. orneodalis cannot be ruled out.
