Possible Hylaeus - Dianthidium

Possible Hylaeus - Dianthidium
Victoria, Victoria County, Texas, USA
August 17, 2017
Size: 10 mm
Face appears to match unique "masked bee" pattern but the a abdomen is clearly banded yellowish/white. Also thorax marks are un-familiar. At first I thought it was a Perdita till looked at the face. I can see no pollen collecting hairs on the hind legs, again a Hyleaus feature.

Dianthidium
no collecting hairs on legs because this appears to be male. also it's a megachilid so the collecting hairs on females would be on underside of abdomen.

Dianthidium
Thanks for the help. I am afraid I got too far in without consider a higher level of taxonomy. I should have let the field points lead me. PHM
