Size: 3.5mm+/-
This is the second year this species has came to the light, only this time it was mid-morning. Within 20 feet of the lights location there are 2 hawthorn and 6 crabapple trees, main food sources. A little farther is bitter cherry. Given the western US location, P.elmaella seems to be logical and likely.
