Came to light. S. salutalis is the only Stegea species on the Utah list, but Jim Vargo's photo of salutalis at MPG and the All-Leps photo from BC are both light yellowish-brown - not dark like this one, so I'm not sure which this is.

ID based on info and images linked to in Guide.
