Cattus Island County Park, Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, USA
September 2, 2007
Size: 1 cm
I found these guys moving pretty rapidly over the plant. Each was about 1cm long. I think their pattern resembles Phosphila turbulenta, but these guys were pretty small and much more green than any other pictures I've seen of Turbulent Phosphila. When disturbed they would drop a foot or two down, but would be dangling from a thread. Any ideas?
