German or Western Queen Yellow Jacket? - Vespa crabro

We just sprayed a nest in grout of our chimney for yellow jackets. Is this the queen? German or Western? Should we move it to another location or euthanize it? If we remove the queen, will the rest of the yellow jackets leave? Or is there some other step we should take to ensure they leave our house?
