Megalographa biloba

Megalographa biloba
Hayward, Alameda County, California, USA
September 2, 2007
Size: 35mm
I found this moth in my pond. Unfortunately it had expired, but it gave me a good opportunity to look at it up close. It has silver marks on its forewings that look as if they were painted on. I also could see the labial palps.
