Very fast Bee. - Anthidium manicatum

Very fast Bee. - Anthidium manicatum
Naugatuck, New Haven County, Connecticut, USA
August 24, 2017
Size: approx. 1 cm
A type of bee I have not seen before. Very quick flier, flying more like a Dragonfly than a bee, hovering completely still, then darting several feet, to stop and hover again.
