Yes. Steve Nanz places these to species from here. He did a lot of work straightening out the Genus as it is best to wait for him.

I am now thinking it looks like Usnea Zanclognatha Moth (Zanclognatha theralis). I have photographed a few other specimens around the same time of year at the same place.
