Webworm? - Spodoptera frugiperda

Webworm? - Spodoptera frugiperda
Tulsa, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, USA
August 31, 2017
Size: 3 CM
I've found many (20sih with just a short search) of these catapillars in my backyard, either clinging to grass or on the ground. Black brownish stripes, with gray brownish stripes, the under belly is a pale green. Eyes rusty brown. Sparse hairs. Cannibalistic in captivity. I think it might be a type of webworm but I can't find a satisfying id.
