Pointed abdomen = ♀
This looks like a female Eight-toothed Cuckoo-leaf-cutter, Coelioxys octodentatus. However, this would be the first post from Colorado. So, let's wait for an expert, congrats!

but we need to rule out all Coelioxys (Xerocoelioxys). Key is shape of abdominal apex. Hard to see clearly in the these photos
