Hi, Definitely Encoptolophus, and I think the species is E. subgracilis.

Band-winged subfamily.
Would help to at least know what color the hindwings were when it flew.

I didn't see it in flight. I'm sure I'll run into this one again and will be sure to check the wing color out.
