Is it possible that this is Dikraneura abnormis? Other than this one appears more yellow, it seems to match examples I can find fairly well.

Possible
but D. angustata looks about the same. The D. abnormis posted here are almost certainly a mix of the two species. A shot of the female pregenital sternite or a dissected male are needed to distinguish the two with certainty.
