It came to UV light near pond in wooded area of a flood plain.
The best I have found is 4857 - Nephrogramma reniculalis, here:

Looks Like It [tentative]....
... but N. separata ought to be viewed to rule it out. I'm unable to find a photo of it.

Info
John Nelson added it to the OK checklist last fall based on this image. I just found another (6/02/08)and submitted it here with an image of the hindwing. His comment is " It is generally darker and the white spots on the forewing larger than N. separata which usually has the large white spot on the forewing divided in two. Munroe's characterization of the distribution of the two species (MONA, Fas. 13.1B), has separata localized in the western U.S., while N. reniculalis is fairly widespread throughout the eastern U.S. to southern Texas. "
