Sminthurus incisus
Observe the 4th antennal segment to distinguish Sminthurus from Sminthurinus: in Sminthurus the 4th antennal segment is clearly annulated (looks subsegmented in many short subsegments) and thin, in Sminthurinus the 4th antennal segment is not annulated and thicker.
Sminthurus incisus is the small member of Sminthurus species. It can be confused with juvenile Sminthurus viridis, but this species does not occur in the USA.
