Doesn't appear to be species N. dine
This appears to not have "supra-antennal transverse bar produced ventrad on medial line"...and thus does not go to N. dine in Rehn's key to Nolima.

Moreover, mantispid worker Daniel Reynoso-Velasco placed both N. dine and N. kantsi as junior synonyms of N. pinal in his 2010 Master's thesis at UNAM "Revisión taxonómica del género Nolima Navás (Neuroptera: Mantispidae)", though at this time that synonymy is presumably not yet "formally" recognized (unless it's been published in a journal since 2010).
