Springtail? - Lepidocyrtus paradoxus

Springtail? - Lepidocyrtus paradoxus
Lake Park, Becker County, Minnesota, USA
September 5, 2017
Size: ~1mm
Frass away, I just could use some preliminary info on these creatures, then I will try to get a better picture for inclusion. I am guessing they fall into the Entomobryomorpha based on similarities with some photos (am I correct?), but springtails are completely novel to me. They seem fairly common recently. I've been seeing them in the gills of mushrooms and this came from a rotting bald-faced hornet nest that got knocked down a few days ago. Cool little critters!
