Here's a second possible Phantom Hemlock Looper. This one also shows spots on hind wings and this one also looks to be a female.

Seem to be a many here in Washington this year too
I saw at least 4 dead ones on two short hikes yesterday in the foothills of the North Cascades.

 
Wow.
This is only the second time I've seen them. The first time was a few years ago and I only saw one.
