Unknown Meadowhawk? - Libellula needhami - male

Unknown Meadowhawk? - Libellula needhami - Male
Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge, Dorchester County, Maryland, USA
August 28, 2017
Size: 1.5"
Marsh area with tall reeds/grasses over water and mud. Probably some species of meadowhawk (sympetrum)

Moved
Moved from ID Request.

Libellula needhami?
It doesn't look like a Sympetrum to me (too big, abdomen too triangular). I don't have experience with the species, but it looks like the Needham's Skimmer in Paulson's book.

Autumn Meadowhawk
Sympetrum vicinum is my best guess
