adult male. Micanopy is a FL species.

Probably pikei, as the 25 adult males recorded in the Geolycosa revision were collected during August and September.
Pikei seems to prefer sandy areas and does not construct a turret, so the burrow entrances would resemble these. Pikei is also closely related to patellonigra, and this one is very similar in appearance to that species.
The outer banks seem to be a good match for the prefered habitat as well.
