this is a cleptoparasite of Anthophora (Heliophila), likely including the one you posted photos of earlier today

this is fascinating! When I first looked at this, I thought 'strange similarity to Xeromelecta ', but preliminarily labeled the folder 'Xeromelecta or Nomadinae'. The Anthophora (Heliophila) was from the same place, perhaps within 5-6 meters.
I found an illustration of the male antenna in Michener (1). Looking at my photos, this bee looks like a male (fusiform flagellum).

based on the extraordinary antennae (less modified in the female)
