Hi Gary,
Your specimen measures smaller than the range I've seen reported for Sericoderus lateralis (0.9-1.1 mm), an introduced species with a wide distribution in North America. However it looks like a good fit, based on the dark median spot and acutely projected hind angles of the pronotum... Perhaps the abdomen is retracted more than typical?
