Paranthrene robiniae - Female
Eaton Canyon Natural Area, Westside Trail, elev.~980 ft., Los Angeles County, California, USA
August 28, 2007
Found on Baccharis salicifolia (Mulefat) - chilled for photos.

Remarkable
A remarkable mimic! Sure would have fooled me.
