Stratiomyid - Hermetia concinna
Montosa Canyon, Santa Cruz County, Arizona, USA

A couple of these were sheltering on a yucca/sotol. Sometimes they hid under the leaves, other times on top. They seemed very territorial.

Assuming H. concinna. Confirmation/correction welcomed.
