Identity
I am tempted to call this Chrysobothris breviloba, especially considering the high elevation at which it was collected. As Jason Hansen said, it is a female. Species in this group, especially females, are difficult enough to ID from an actual specimen in hand, let alone a photograph. Although this is a good photograph, the best I would do is ID it as the above species, but with a "?".

Buprestidae?
I'm not sure if this would be a Dicerca tenebrosa. Thank you for your help.

Looks similar to monticola. If so it's a female. May be some other species.
