Found on the state capitol building in downtown Indianapolis. I almost dismissed this as Hypena scabra from a distance, but its small size drew me in for a closer look. Although there are currently no BugGuide reports of this species this far north, Moth Photographers Group shows records of this moth up into eastern Canada.
