on pine. Neodiprion lecontei?

Species ID
Most likely Neodiprion lecontei. Head is darker than most N. lecontei, but I have seen dark-headed larvae from the Carolinas. Could potentially be a hybrid or backcross with N. pinetum. But definitely significant N. lecontei ancestry.

let me not yet clarify the species, but just sort them to the family Diprionidae.
