Size: About 1 cm L
This was a very small (1 cm) moth(?) with wings that appeared milky white in the mid section, gray and orange on the tips, orange and red thorax, dark maroon head, and bright orange antennae. His legs appeared translucent white.

not a moth but a plant hopper... I forget which one... maybe Anotia uhleri? someone will know.
