Appears to be a Disonycha spe
Appears to be a Disonycha species. Using an online key, I get to D.triangularis or D.xanthomelas, and images on Cedar Creek gives support.

Flea beetle.
This is a flea beetle in the family Chrysomelidae, but I'm not sure what genus it belongs in. Note the swollen hind femora ("thighs").
