Hover Fly, Algonquin Park - Hybomitra
High Falls Trail, south end of Algonquin Provincial Plark, Haliburton, Ontario, Canada
Size: Roughly 1 cm
At the trailhead in mixed forest / evergreen plantation area. Remained stationary long enough for a few photos. Seemed relatively large for a hover fly.
