The new key to TX Cisthene
It's a great work, Chuck. Did I correctly identify this one?

 
Hard to tell
From this perspective, it's hard to tell the angle of the PM band with respect to the FW margins. I always suggest getting both a top view and a lateral view of these and most small moths. I think this is going to be Angel Lichen Moth, which seems to be the expected species on the Devil's River, although there is at least one specimen of Pictured there as well.
