Spotted at Standing Bear Lake. There were several of these in the area.

Chlosyne gorgone
Common in most of Nebraska, feed on Sunflower, come in three basic color forms (sometimes on the same leaf). One strongly orange, one without orange, and one roughly intermediate. Head black (typically orange in C. lacinia).

Doesn't look like a Baltimore
and plant doesn't look like a Turtlehead. We're guessing something like a Sunflower. Check out Tom's comment on our which unfortunately hasn't yet been confirmed.

 
Yes, it was a sunflower leaf
It looks exactly like what you have (to me anyway). I'll move it. Thanks for the heads up.
