Large blue-eyed dragonfly preying on another dragonfly. I would like the name of the predator if possible. Not enough visual on the prey

Female Arigomphus cornutus
The high occiput (bridge between eyes) and obvious antennae allow this to be identified as a Horned Clubtail.
