After some considerable offline discussion, we have concluded that these with a large ridge on A2 are defectaria. larvaria does not have such a ridge.

What I can see of the head pa
What I can see of the head pattern seems consistent with Iridopsis larvaria (as suggested by John and Jane), as does the overall appearance.
