I think that this is a female, but I'm not sure. The antennae are cut short on both sides. The abdomen looks like it has only 6 segments, but it's hard to tell in these shots.

I'm still not sure, because I don't have enough experience in this genus. Hold on for an expert comment.
Both genders should have lots of short hairs at the tip of the abdomen, but only the females have a stinger.

a female. She must have seen some action if the ends of both of her antennae are missing.
