based on thorax larger than abdomen, I suggest grammonota vittata

 
Spiders don't have ...
a separate thorax. The shape of the abdomen is probably the result of dehydration. G. vittata don't have a pattern on the abdomen quite like this one's. It might be something like a male Steatoda triangulosa but I hesitate to file it there because the pattern on the abdomen looks a little bit off but that might just be because he's a little shriveled.
